This page explains briefly what information is processed when you visit dukan3d.com and ask us for a quote.
Who we are
DUKAN3D is a workshop that makes 3D prints to order. Production takes place in Türkiye. For anything about your personal data, contact us on WhatsApp (+90 535 979 16 10) or Instagram (@dukan3dcom).
What we collect
The name, country and request you type into the quote form are not stored on our site. The form opens a ready WhatsApp message with those details and you send it yourself. When you write to us, your phone number, name and any files or photos you send reach us in the WhatsApp chat. If you place an order we ask for your delivery address.
Why we use it
To prepare your quote, produce and ship your order, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Cookies and measurement
We keep one necessary preference record to remember your language. We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads. These cookies are set only if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. The site works the same if you decline. You can change your choice at any time with the button below.
Who we share it with
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical records such as your IP address for security. Google processes some data for measurement, WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging, and the courier for delivery. These providers may use servers outside your country.
How long we keep it
We keep conversations and order details until the order is complete and legal retention periods have passed. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Turkish data protection law (KVKK) and, if you live in the EU or the Balkans, under the GDPR and your local data protection law, you can access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its processing and withdraw your consent. Send your request through the channels above and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
